Our role

Co-founding, systems & coaching

Devin Shea and PJ Danahey are the cofounders of Impact Hackers. Devin’s published role spans systems development, innovation, and coaching, including guiding Most Productive Week.

Why we’re invested

Good intentions need a workable week.

Collaboration depends on people having the capacity to follow through. Impact Hackers connects the Foundry’s broader mission to the everyday decisions about work, energy, and time that make progress possible.

The work in focus

01

Diagnose

Understand how priorities, capacity, and commitments interact.

02

Design

Build a weekly operating system around a meaningful outcome.

03

Improve

Review what happened and use that evidence to adjust the next week.

Impact & progress

Progress that can be examined.

Most Productive Week uses a weekly review to examine mission-advancing work, usable energy, and time allocation. The published program describes a method and practical artifacts; this portfolio does not assign it an unverified productivity gain.
