Maturity Model

An organization's maturity model is an assessment of its processes, practices, and methods in terms of their standardization and optimization. A mature organization has a high degree of standardization. A maturity model helps to map this standardization and compare it to external benchmarks to gauge the overall maturity and sophistication of the organization.
